When you contact me, I will respond as quickly and completely as possible. I want you to get what you need timely, and I appreciate your contact. If I need time to respond, I will let you know what to expect for timing.

You shouldn't be surprised or unaware about pricing. My prices are published on the prices page. In the case of projects other than tax return preparation, I will most often quote a price in advance, where the scope is known. If a project is priced hourly, I will process sales receipts at least weekly.
