For what it is worth, my experience is largely around the happenstance of learning and embracing cloud accounting, when many accountants were unfamiliar. My mission has always been simple: transparency between the books and tax returns.

Today, it is primarily the teamwork of partner bookkeepers, that allows me to deliver accurate and timely tax returns. Bookkeepers transform many transactions into ending-balance bliss. I'm proud of a practice that is primarily one-to-one client relationships. I'm simply a CPA who understands that responsiveness matters.

Prior to operating as a sole practitioner, I worked at a large firm in Chico CA (Matson & Isom) after graduating from CSU, Chico. Subsequently, I worked at a large Bay Area firm (Armanino LLP). I started solo to better support small businesses using cloud accounting.
